Will that fuselage fits the XRB-Hirobo?
If it can, where can I buy one?

That's beautiful work Pigs!

Was that originally a Trex? How much cutting was required? And as Greg asked, how did you re-route the tail rotor?

*edit* found your other threads on this model...reading throught them now

Thanks CzechSix, its not a TRex btw, its a little FP Hummingbird, very close in design to the Honey Bee FP. I like both 3d and scale heli's, but my credit card doesnt.
I know Len Mount, he lives very near to me, and builds some awesome scale heli's, you can buy them from him direct, but you'll need plenty of cash

Thanks Pigs, that's a great looking Huey! Thanks for the links, I can see it would be a lot easier if I was using a motor driven tail rather than a belt drive. Everything I've got is belt driven right now so that's what I'm trying to figure out.

Hopefully someone will have a link showing how they're converting belt driven tails. You've got me thinking of doing one the way you've done now though :-)

This thread is a trex being fitted with an apache body. I know it is a mini not a micro, but it shows how you would have to modify a belt driven tail. It is alot of work! Very interesting thread.

Hi Kabal,

Great job on the Airwolf! Are you running gyros, or exponential for cyclic response?

I did a few experiments doing flybarless like your airwolf, and got great results by moving the swash linkages to the base of the servo horns, to minimise cyclic inputs. Had a great time flying it! Anyway, good work.

i have a question. is the corona lite helicopter better than a honey bee fp2? I saw a video clip and it look pretty nice. It is pretty expensive though. you have so many different combos to go with and it would be hard which one to choose. that is what i don't like about it. As a beginner, i'm not going to know which one to get. this is why i would rather get a honey bee over that one. what is every one elses opinion on these two helicopters?
