anyone got any materials that would work for building a b-17?

ok the b-17 flying fortress is my favorite plane problem is noone makes an arf one i'm thinking of building one and need suggestions on materials.

Alot depends on your building skills. Have you ever built a plane from scratch?
I think that blu foam would be your best bet. Its fairly cheap and easy to work with. If you search around here you may find that someone has planes for one and maybe even a build log. Good luck!

How about a Guillows model? It's just a wood kit, but it makes a nice B-17, 46" wingspan:
