PicoZ - Any tips for new owner

Just got my PicoZ. Looking for advice as to whether it is acting normally. It goes up and down ok but it seems to have a mind of it's own apart from that. The main problem is that it doesn't really move forward. It seems to just move almost randomly. The trim and the right stick appear to have no/little effect. When the PicoZ is not flying, should moving the trim or the right stick actually move the rotor blades? At the moment they don't.
Just wondering if it is broken.

Any tips appreciated.

First off, you have a heli known as the "PICOZ" and not the "PICOOZ" which what you have is a copy at best.

Nevertheless, the original article of this wonder micro heli by SILVERLIT known as the "PICOOZ" came with little stick-on weights so, you can make the heli tilt it's orientation forward and the thrust vectoring will make the heli float forward. Now you need to turn it by either with the tail boom rotor motor by moving the right stick either Left or Right "or" you can just keep the right stick TRIM at one point and using throttle you can actually turn the heli as when you throttle down the torque on the main rotor reduces matching up with the tail boom rotor motor's thrust.

Good luck!

Take a peice of packeging tape and fold it 3/4ths of the way down with around 2-3 inches of it and with the extra tape on bottom tape it in front all around...Bang foraward motion.
