Phoenix, Az E-Tug

I thought I would let everyone know that there is a small Aero-tow group in the Phoenix, Az area. We currently are flying a Electric 100 inch Senior Telemaster tow plane. We can currently tow planes up to 15 pounds. We fly every Saturday and Sunday. We usually have 3-4 4Meter scale sailplanes and a few 2Meter. Feel free to stop buy. Were currently flying on the North West corner of Tatum and Dynamite Rd. Sorry I dont have any pictures yet. I will try to add some this weekend.

Tow plane in NE Georgia

I have a Nothing Extra with a Zenoah G38. I can tow up to 4m sailplanes (both glass and wood) and have quite a bit of experience towing (7 years of towing at the Woodcrafters event in Muncie, IN). Nice and gentle towing up to 1000' or until you say 'uncle'. Let me know if I can be of service.

3.2 meter Pilatus

I have a 3.2 meter Pilatus Porter with a DA-85. I can tow gliders up to 50lb's.
I currently tow a 6.3 meter Nimbus 4 with ease up to 1300 feet.
I am located in Boulder Colorado. We have a 420 foot runway, with a grass strip about 300 feet. We have a Google Group (colorado-rc-aerotow) Check it out. We have pic's and information about when I will be out at the field for some towing...

We've started towing smaller 2-3M sailplanes out of the LEAF field in Longmont, send me a PM for arrangements - electric and sailplane field only by Union Res. Pretty consistent thermals when I've been out.

Here is the 1/3rd scale Cub. I'm in Northern Virginia and fly at Horefeathers airfield near Warrenton.

The Cub will tow nearly anything. It has a BME 105 on the front.

Perth Western Australia.

Comp Arf Yak, 3W170 TSCS , Saturdays at Kams by request.

Not for the purists who like wallowing around. Most of the towing is straight up after a short take off roll.

I guess I should add my tugs here for completeness.

Based in Washington state, these will be attending "most"
of the NorthWest aerotow scheduled events starting 2010 at Yakima.

There is an electric powered tug stuffed full of A123 cells for the
smaller gliders, and ...

An RCGUYS Agtruck 100in span with 55cc HK motor on the nose and a 20-10 prop !
Good for ~ 4 + meter sized birds.

1/4 scale pawnee - Melbourne Australia

Hi Guys,

We have finished and flown the pants off our new 1/4 scale pawnee.

Powered by a DA100L, we did modify the tail feathers and wing to get better handling.

Has proved to be a nice flyer, plenty of power and no problems towing 16+kg.

Hello Gentlemen.

Our "team" has recently a Super Piper Cub, with an MVVS 116cc Twin Gas engine. Unbeleivable power...
We are located at Central Greece, Europe. If you ever need some airtowing services near by here, drop an e-mail...
Some photos and videos will follow... You can see it towing an All-Glass 6-meter Duo Discus here...
