Tank filling problem glow fuel

I know this sounds like a dumb question but here it goes.

Being new to glow fuel I`m having trouble filling my 6oz tank, I have a small fuel pump mounted to my flight box which came from tower hobbies, the tank is from Dubro with 2 fittings one is attached to a weight on the bottom.
But every time I try to fill the tank the pressure in the tank pushes the fuel back out..I did try to leave the other line off but then the fuel goes on the ground, no matter what I try I cant get the tank more than 1/3 rd full, so what am I doing wrong?

The fitting that leads to the clunk goes to the carb. This fitting is the one u should use to fuel up. I've reversed 'em my self and had the same problem. I have no idea why.

Fill via the clunk line. The other tube (the vent) should be bent up inside until it is very close to the top of the tank. This way, you will be able to fill the tank up to that level. Connect it with a silicone hose to your muffler's pressure tap.
