Demo Videos for F3P-Expert and F3P-Sport

F3P-Expert:

F3P-Sport:

http://airtoimedia.nl/web/upload/Jur...3P-Sport-X.wmv

Please note:

The pilot may use the turnaround figures to adapt the sequence to the hall or personal preferences. He (or she ) may fly the "Top Hat" away, or towards the jury. Also in the "Horizontal Knife-Edge Rectangle", the length of the straight line may be varied.

Good look!

Does anybody know about dates for F3P Competitions in France for 2009/2010 (apart from the contest near Paris in February). Any news about Carvin 2009?

Is there any info available for the Helix model? The website for the shop selling them has a photo, but doesn't contain any info like weight, size etc. The combination of Christoph's skill and the models flying qualities make the 2 schedules shown in these videos look easy to do even though I know it isn't easy to fly them.

Please keep this thread "on topic".

Off-topic:

There is no info on the size, but you can find details about the design, the recommended equipment and the weight (95g - 130g).

The Keystone Indoor Electic Fly (KIEF) is just around the corner (Oct 16-18, Muncy, Pa) so get those new F3P planes assembled or last year's out of the basement and run through the schedules. We'll have the F3P on Sunday morning just as we did last year. It will be down in the Micro section again so you will be the only pilot in the air with a net between you and the main flying area. No mid airs to have to worry about! F3P contest area is the size of a soccer field so those wanting to give it a try for the first time don't have to worry about rafters or basketball hoops. Lots of room for precision fun! This years KIEF will be three full days so you can fine tune your F3P schedules all day Friday and Saturday! Plaques have been order for the first three places in each class. Many thanks to Dave Lockhart and Ed Alt for their assistance with the F3P event again this year! For more info and all the other events happening at the Kief, see our website or contact me for more info. Keep checking back often as we're adding items several times a week.

Met the chief editor of one of the biggest French RC magazines yesterday. He was at Carvin every year, but has not heard anything about a competition this year either.

Kief F3p

Some additional info posted here:
https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show....php?t=1120744

Early feedback is that the event will be much bigger than last year (both KIEF and the F3P contest).

What happened to F3P ...

in Belgium and the Czech Republic?

While we have even two German Indoor Aerobatics Championships - one organized by the DAeC and one by the DMFV - I have not come across any activity in those two countries. Does anybody have more info about it? PM will be fine too.

In Belgium the F3P competition is very quiet; last I heard is that there is no competition anymore.

In Czech there is/was the indoorfest; I have sent a message to David Kyovski for details... keep you updated if any new info....
