That's one way to get the kids to help maintain the pool.
I think as a scale modeler I would rather have one of those split hull German oil skimming ships. I know what's new on Kmot's christmas wish list. ![]() |

Hey guys, I have a pool sweeper for my kid,

I use a skimmer net with an extension on it to get the leaves out of my pond in the fall. Not much fun, as it borders on work. Maybe I can rig some sort of attachment to a Springer tug, now THAT would make it fun---.

With all the trees around my pool, there are a few times every year when the wind kicks up that the pool gets about two trash cans full of leaves in a single day. This little r/c skimmer would get stuck!
