Do you have to have 3 mixes on a radio to do the vectored thrust thing with the Twinjet? Very cool, indeed!!

Thanks guys for the kind remarks....

The mods are really very easy and not original.

The vectoring is just a motor mounted on a standard size HS-322 (9.99) servo due to its 42oz of torque. I then just attach the servo wire to the rudder channel of my DX6 Rx, put it in a vertical stall with full left or right rudder and full throttle and the fun begins.

The rocket was just taped to the bottom of the TJ so the prop would not get scorched.

I used an 8a old brushed ESC for the firing mechanism that I searched RC Groups for and connected to the gear channel switch of the DX6. I am thinking D size motors will be next

I have an EasyStar set up the same way - no rockets though.

Everything just about has been tried at least once in this hobby and RC Groups is the first place I research when I get the mod urge.

Didn't even think of doing it like that Simplicity!!!

I was thinking dual motor set up with dual speed controls mixed into the rudder channel.
