brushless motor maintenance (or not?)

I heard about adding some form of oil to the bears for both end of the motor shaft. What kind of oil should I use? How often should I oil the motor? Is there anything else I have to do?

If you oil the bearings you will wash out the grease inside

Its a good idea to blow out the "brushless " dust every so often.

I oiled the bearings with some Teflon bearing oil for r/c car motors. What do I do now?
