I agree, what a great plane. I actually was one of the winners of an airfoils through his website, so tried to put it together with minimal cost, but once I saw how great it was flying I put all my good stuff in it. It's a great plane!

Is the giveaway on the airfoilz site still going? It's still showing the July winner...

This is a plane that deserves the best radio gear you can install. Once you fly one you will know what I mean.

Wow, you really kicked it up a notch in that video King, nice job! Like the editing and music too.

Just before the 2nd track kicks in you do a rolling harrier alternating the roll direction in a perfectly straight line, sick! I hate you so much! lol Just kidding... It's a great display of the yak's versatility. Hope your sponsor treats you well

Long live the king!

Hi guys

Had a total newb electric question
I am looking for a power setup for the airfoilz yak. I just bought a torque 22T/930 motor and was looking for an ESC.
Considering this is a 3D plane, is there something special that i shud look out for in ESCs?
or will any 25amp esc out there do the job well?

i was looking at the
Castle Creations 25 with 3amp BEC
Airboss 25amp ESC with 2 amp BEC
Velocity 25amp with 2amp BEC
Hacker x-20 ESC

will all the above 4 perform the same with a TP 1320 3 cell lipo? oh and yea, i'll be using 4 hs-65 servos off the BEC

Thanks in advance
