Electrifly Fokker D.VII

The SE5a has had it too easy...time to even things up.

OK, after I give the little one a bath and get the usual chores done, I will start to even things up

Haven't opened it yet. More pics will be coming.

Here are the parts pics. The covering job on this one is much better than the SE5a. Hardly and wrinkles and the wings are about perfect. The red looks great. Can't wait to build her!

**Be careful with the cowl as it is very brittle-I think I put a small crack in it just opening the bag. Easily fixed with some clear tape, but just a warning.**

Ailerons hinged up easily-again the slots they cut are very long giving you lots of room to put in the CA hinge.

There is a nice little mount for the guns to ensure you get even alignment.

Is a Hitec HS-55 enough servo for this airplane or do I need to use a bigger servo?

Thanks,
Tony

I am also using hs-55s all around-got lots of them and I have found them to be very reliable.

I guess I'll call the LHS and tell them to hold me one when they come in. And the nice thing is I will get a discount on the 89.99 like I did with the Se-5a.

The landing gear took about 5 minutes to assemble. I hope to have the plane finished by tomorrow-only problem is the rain.

Is that what you guys are paying for these, 89.99!!?. Looks like some quality stuff for that price. Thanks for the pics Jon.
