JR 8103 flap/throttle mixing with gear switch question

As I sold my JR8103 transmitter a while back I'm trying to remember how I set up the mixing so that when I have the gear switch pointed away from me the throttle stick works for the throttle(motor) and when its towards me it works for the flaps (butterfly). As I'm helping a friend with his JR8103 I really have to figure this out. So far I have gone to the #3 free mix and mixed spoil/spoil with negative offset of around -170 and this cancels out the motor when the gear switch is towards me. Then under the Butterfly programming section I have increased the throw of the flap to 125% (-170 offset) but only get about 75% of this for flap travel. So instead of getting close to 90 degrees of flap we get around 50-60 degrees. Anyone know what I need to do to get the proper amount of flap throw? Bernard
