FMS is available from http://simulator.home.pages.de/
You can build an adaptor for your Tx but it is a bit more than just a cable. There are a number of circuits around for both parallel and serial port connection. Parallel port is the simpler circuit but the printer ports on PCs are not very standard and sometimes it won't work.

Anything which says it's for Futaba will also work with your Hitec.
