where to buy lite-ply (?)

Hey, where do you guys buy this stuff called "lite-ply" aka plywood that comes as thin as 1/16" and is as light as balsa. I've tried HomeDepot, the local hardware store, my local RC hobby store and a craft store at the mall...all to no avail. All I found was balsa and basswood at the hobby store and craft store. Do I have to buy online?

Most local hobby shops carry it. But if yours doesn't check out Lonestar balsa, or Superior Balsa, or perhaps Balsa USA. I don't know if Lonestar or Superior have websites, but Balsa USA does.

Liteply only comes in one thickness, and is advertised as 1/8" but its really about .108" thick. Its made from poplar wood, and actually is the same weight as medium weight 1/8" balsa wood.
