The Plans

.. If you have access to a plotter, you can use the full size plans
in post #185 (page 13 in this thread)

Here are the canopy parts, 6mm depron.

The print-size has to be 75 dpi.

Ive taken a clear heat shrink sleeve over
the depron canopy and used a heatgun,
to get the right form.

Yeah everything's fine . It flies great.

Hans the only thing I don't like in your designs is there is no battery place. Having to place battery on one side is not my liking.

But don't get me wrong I like your planes very much, especially in the air, they fly and look great.

Thanks for sharing them.

Hi Red,

thank you. I dont like any offset, too.
The ESC, RX and battery wire are on the other side of the centre line
(vertical profile plate) and the battery pack is doing the balancer this way.
I had to click 3 times right, to trim the aileron for the 150g onboard camera (1/2 out of the fuselage over the wing), but it was no problem with this wingspan.

BTW Hans, I see that u use 9x6sf. Well that one is quite unefficient. I think you may like APC Electric props better. For example 9x6 E would give more rpm hence pitch speed. But I guess 9x7.5 APC-E would be great for your model with even higher speed.

Hans-Joacham: Hans, The P-51 is one of your finest builds. It is just fantastic. What will be your next airplane to build? Thank you for the plans.

That is a thing of beauty. Any easy way to fire these plans out of the printer on letter sized paper? I may break down and order some A4, but there must be an easy way to print these plans on letter size without losing the proper sizing of drawings? Thanks for sharing Hans.

Thank you!!

I love to fly her and shes fast enough for me. I like
to see this Mustang in a low level flight.

Red, Ive tested, but my motor will not work with a 9x7.5 E at this time.
Maybe its the esc Im using. My motor doesnt produce enough thrust on 9x6E.

Cecil, do you have an idea? .. a shining DC-3 / C-47 will be cool!

Adrian, have you got the electric setup for your F-16 ?

Lakota, Ive add letter format plans to post #6

Greetings
Hans-Joachim

Hans-Joacham: Hans, a DC-3/C-47 in silver or Puff the magic dragon gunship, a Douglas A-1 Skyraider, a North American T-28 Trojan or your version of a North American F-100-F would be great. I would like to have one of each. Here is a wild one for you, a Ryan Fireball that the U. S. Navy used to transitioned pilots from propeller driven aircraft to jet powered aircraft. I just finished printing the letter size plans, can't wait to get them taped together. God's speed my friend.
