GrandfatherRa- I heard that Krylon H2O won't eat EPP. As always, try it on a scrap, and let it sit a few days before you evaluate.

if u use testors use a layer of enamel before the paint. this makes the coat shiny, and keeps the runny paint from seeping into the foam.

So is the Rolling Fury the new Aero Ace? I used to love those Aero Aces'. Would love to pick up something cheap to keep in the car.

Rolling Fury is AirHogs, but not an Aero Ace. It's got way more power, flies way faster, and needs a lot more room than an AA to fly. I question the idea of leaving an EPP foam plane in a car in sunny Arizona, however. I had an AA Bipe curl up on me last summer when I left it on the front seat of my dark green Buick. It might be a good idea to keep the plane inside a foam cooler or something if you want to store it in your vehicle.

Rolling Furys are called "X-Twin PRO, Air Acrobat", when you buy them in Hong Kong.

I had a IFO in a too hot car and the 3mm carbon rod broke in 5 places. Yikes!!
