I have a T33, I'm interested in how you did the covering job on yours? Are you willing to share your technique?

Herb, just got one sitting at Olivers. He's shipping Monday - apparently the new one has wing fences, battery tray, and clear canopy. Couple of questions for you - do you think the MAP retracts could work on this plane and also, how do you think this plane would fly on 900 watts (I could go to 2000, but not yet).

Hello Herb, Byam Wight from Canberra, Australia.

I purchased my MIG 2nd hand over a year ago. As the ducting has been repaired twice, I would like to purchase a new MIG but damned if I can find a supplier. Can you point me in the right direction. Byam.

Byam, try www.wemotec.com. However, according to Oliver at Wemo, I ordered the last one he has in stock. Don't know the restocking time.

Well since the MiG-15 on WeMoTec's website looks familiar, I would guess he should get more ... send him an e-mail.

Yes I had problems with those paper thin intakes too, several repairs and double-layering to reinforce them. It's usually some components (battery) that moves around on landing and cracks the intakes.

I would definitely use a high torque (digital?) servo on the elevators, as mine have had a constant binding problem, and centering issues which have been quite a nuisance from day one. For the ailerons, anything reasonable (hs85mg, hs125mg etc) should work fine.
