I guess someone else reported it before I had a chance to. It's a rather disturbing video, and I don't think RCGroups management wants links to that sort of thing on their site. There are more appropriate places on the Internet to share things like that.

Hmm ... didn't see the original post, but did it happen to involve a Z4? (something that's been circulating recently).

"The 24-year-old son of state Sen. Bob Lessard of International Falls was charged Thursday with unintentionally killing a friend as she took pictures of him posing with his handgun.

Brett R. Lessard told authorities that he sent a witness out of the room after the shooting, moved the victim's body and threw the gun outside."

The father of the shooter is a Minnesota State Senator and a supporter of CCW.

Here is the CCW bill that the state senator Sponsored:

Here is his background:

Here are the stories on his son. As we said, after accidentally shooting the young woman, the young man moved the victimís body to another room and tried to hide the gun outside:

That's some water bucket for the gun lobby, papa carries.

What's your point BA? How does the criminal actions of one link the legal rights of others?

How about these? Should we ban drivers over the age of 55?

IF I felt it was nessasary, I would look around for stories of some democrats running people down with their cars, but its really not nessasary. BA just because somone abuses a right does not mean they will not pay for it nor does it mean that others should loose the same right.

Also, weither or not that video is fake or real is largely irrelivant. It is a tottally possible scenario. If it was so unbelievable, it would not be gettin around like it has. I woul be willing to bet that plenty of people have been in very similar situations with similar endings.

First link: BA stop useing single cases to try demoniseing gun possession. Sound to me like that happened inside a house anyway so to use it as some type of anti CCL arguement is absurd.

Secon Link: Ohh man, the NRA better watch out... they got 20 whole people to go protest. And for what ? "Sensible gun laws" ? The laws we have are already QUITE sensible if not excessive. Ill concede that many of them are ineffective. Of course that brings us back to the fact that makeing gun laws by in large only affects law abideig citizens.

Here 'ya go BA, my personal gift to you:

"Violence is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and valorous feeling which believes that nothing is worth violence is much worse. Those who have nothing for which they are willing to fight; nothing they care about more than their own personal safety; are miserable creatures who have no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of those better than themselves." Gary L. Griffiths, Chief Instructor, Advanced Force Tactics, Inc.
(Paraphrasing John Stuart Mill)

And think of the females in your life that you love as you ponder this one:
Gun Control: The premise that a woman found in an alley, raped and strangled with her own pantyhose, is morally superior to allowing that same woman to defend her life with a firearm.
