Ray, is there any word on the type of foam used yet? Same as previous GWS planes? New?

Hi Chris,

I know it is different -- at least it is in compliance with RoHS.

I need to check with Staffs in China to know.

Will let you know.

Ken

I think this should not be a problem. I think we will be able to see many beautiful GWS38 in the near future.

Welcome to post you feedback here.

Hi Ray,

Those photos are great. Thanks for posting.

I must take my hat off to you guys. In the back of my mind I doubted you'd be able to get from prototype off mould parts to shipping out production kits in a month but you guys seem to be well on the way.

Well done!

Thanks Jeff,

More info.

Put decal on. It will be very nice to have this flying in the sky or hanging on the wall.

True.. but what does everyone do when the police leave?

They all want the police back..

No one wants 'em, till they need them.. Then they are your best buds...

When the kits get out of early bird and are able to be had at the local hobby shop, I will pick one up and be sorely tempted to paint mine like this..

Just something about it I like.. A Navy P-38..

Ray - the thought of a brushless twin for less than $80 just blows my mind! I've got one of the BL2205 and I am impressed with the cradtsmanship. I can't wait for the shipping!

I am curious to see pictures showing how this plane can be disassembled for transportation after the build is complete.

What is the wing span and length of the complteted plane?

What is the recommended flying weight?

Good eye! Actually the forward braces should be closer together to form a flat windscreen and the rear canopy is a bubble. Here is a few images of different varients. Note the bow and braces on the canopy.
