YES it sure can be!. If you go to www.servocity.com there is something on it there. It may even give you some C/G placement. the one they have there is a puller not a pusher but i am sure you could do either.

I call it the "Scoot" Uses tip rudders for turning, and 3/4-length elevators for pitch control. Has flown in a gym, a skating rink, and outdoors. GWS DX-A for power with 6 Sanyo 120 NiCads (in a 9 Volt case) for fuel.
