Jeff and Rich,
Not as much power as you think, I have just checked at full throttle, 150W and 14.27A, room for improvement? I think the noise of the prop on the tail make it sound more powerful than it is.

Mick.

Oh! Bunt, could be a suicide mission.

Hi Rich,

Glad you liked it, the motorbike chase would be great fun, we usually wait for winter before the bikes come out, so not long to wait then!!!
If the weather ever improves then I will try for some more onboard footage.

Hi Jeff,

The onboard camera is one of these, https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show....php?t=1556994 Never mind messing with the Heli's, get the Minimum finished.

Still very poor weather around here, this is a quick evening flight but managed to capture a couple of rolls, best in HD.

Hi All, does anyone know if the minimum would fly the same without a horizontal tailplane? What adjustments ( if any) would be required , Just a thought

Another onboard cam, this one has a few loops and rolls, best in 720HD, the light was not as good as the first attempt.

Mick....You have those blade pretty well ballanced as I can see very little vibration in your model........... not easy with a two blader...................

Hi Chris,

I only balance them using old fashion methods, I place each blade on a round bar to establish the balance point, and if there is any difference then I sand or add more covering to get them the same. You have to make sure the blades are the same weights as you progress. I was surprised how little vibration there was even with the different head speeds, you can hear the head speed increase a lot towards the bottom of the loops.

Mini,um...

Hello Mick!

Nice video!

Hmm, Minimun can do that!
Oh, i just like those rolls!!

Have you check out that CF-board?
Is there any sign of those hard aerobatical moves?

I still have some issues with my right arm and i just cant do those rolls and other ZIGZAG-moves.
Maybe next spring is time for that.

Last summer was for me just RE-gliders and just old Twirl .
Still just love that Twirl.
Thanks Al!

Best regards from Finland!
Kari

Keep up the good work!
