Looking forward to it Tony . So far the guys from Esprit (LoopZilla, ZB) and I are planning on going. This would be my first IRCHA event, from what I've heard... it's going to be packed!! It'll be fun to see the top dog pilots first hand. Oh, and can't wait to see your Ion's in action .

I'm working on getting there.

They have any RV parking at the event?

Finally getting settled in to my new home. Moving really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I just have to get used to going from Comcast Internet speed to 2 way satellite

I used to feel sorry for people without cable connections. Now I remember why!

Hmm, thats only about 3hr away - just might have to make the journey.

Al, the AMA website says they have no-hookup RV sites for free, and 45 RV w/ hookups for $5/ night first come first serve.

Hey Bobby, sure you are welcome to fly my Joker ... but I don't think you'll find it nearly as maneuverable as the Ion or much less your Roxxter . So it's now my smooth 3D platform until I get some lighter packs for it .

Do they setup battery charging stations at IRCHA?? Picture below shows how they did it at SEFF2006. Worked excellent!! It kept our helis flying in/out almost non-stop .

No battery charging station but i got a nice generator coming wiht a 50 amp power supply that we can charge off of or you can bring a power supply and hook up to my generator.
Last year me and Tony used a big caterpillar battery that we brought

It is going to be great year with all the new E stuff

Thanks Cadmonkey I saw the link after I posted.

I don't care about hookups so it looks like I'm set

Hey Bobby do you think they'll have the races this year.

I heard they were at least going to look at the rules after that starter got hit with a blade last year.

Now I just hope these fuel prices settle down a little, or at least quit going up

Here's my charging station:

Stupid question probably - but is registration required to attend or just for those who wish to fly. I'm nervous enough just putzing by my lonesome let alone at a national event
