EAM F-15 Strike Eagle
Last but certainly not least is a EAM F-15 Strike Eagle Twin EDF. would prefer to sell this with the fans and motors as removing them is a PITA. The current setup is 1400 watts of screaming terror and this is not a jet for the faint of heart. She has about 12 flights on her but I'm trying to raise funds for a turbine and all the non essentail planes must go. The current setup is (2) HET 2W-20 motors mounted in the now unavailable HET 7203 Fan units. ESC are Castle Phoenix 60's. I'll add up the cost as much as I hate to think about it
Unassembled Deluxe kit 325.00
CC60 amps Controllers 120.00 each
HET 2W-20's 55.00 each
HET 7203 Fans 40.00 each
Look on your buddies faces when this thing comes screamin by
Here's the build thread on this one where you can see how it was put together.
And here is the EAM Page
The total is $755 dollars and I'll let it go for 600 + shipping in the cont US by whatever the cheapest carrier is I can find.
This plane is fast and big so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone lacking experience with fast EDF's. The hot setup on batteries is gonna be 4S2P TP2100 Prolites per motor, that will give you 6 minutes of pucker time if you can handle it at WOT .
Here's a video of the maiden flight before paint.
P.S. Since these photos the two pilots have moved out into other aircraft but you can pic some up at warbirds-rc.com
