Help me choose a power system for a pattern plane.

I have a Zen 30. I have posted already about this, but no success. The plane weighs about 4 1/2 pounds RTF. Can anyone suggest the best power system to power this plane 2:1. So can anyone suggest something that would work. I was looking a lot at big himax outrunners, or possibly the e-flight outrunners.

It flies? I like it!
2:1? Are you sure? That's about 900-1000 watts which is a lot of weight to carry in batteries. How much ground clearance do you have, how big a prop do you feel is the biggest you can acommodate?

I just did a 4lb pattern plane and went with a Hyperion Z-3025-08, Phoenix 45, APC 11x7E, 2 parallel TP Prolite 2100 3S1P. It's a 400+ watt setup and it performs like the glow version.

I am carrying 10oz of batteries. I would imagine the setup you propose would use a significantly heavier motor and have 1.5-2 pounds of batteries!
