Who wants free speed controllers?

Im not giving them away, however a factory here in asia is looking to push it's own brand and has charged me with the task or getting a few names of EP indoor and 3D pilots who wouldnt mind being sponsored.

So far sponsorship extends as far as free BESC's and perhaps lipos.

The factories requests..
1) Pilot must be moderately handsome.
2) Enter competitions on a moderatly frequent basis. (and provide results)
3) Be able to take part in a small photo shoot.
4) Location isnt an issue. (any country)

Details and more information can be fleshed out at a later date, Im just trying to get some names and details on their behalf.

BESC's Range from 10A ~ 120A

If you're keen and carry serious 'club cred' when you fly then send me a PM and we will see if we can sort you out with a sample or two for evaluation.

I suggest you conntact the person behind the website http://www.elektromodellflug.de/ and see if I is interested in doing some comparative testing on the ESC. He has previously tested the DIY-SpeedyBL, CastleCreation/Xenon and Kontronik Pix and Jazz regulators

He can be conntacted via his web page at http://cgi00.onlinehome.de/cgi-bin/f...f0c1041bc1be89

You probably ment ESC rating is 10...120A?

ESC are pretty inexpensive these days. Giving away a $50 item is hardly a "sponsorship"...

Unless its a competition grade product (super light) Im not sure many die hard indoor pilots are going to use the product. Just a factor to consider.

You could probably count on your fingers the number of RC'rs that get much more then what is offered here.

Jim,

One "OEM supplier" (the product is being sold under one of very popular names) was recently giving away very decent 35A controllers for beta testing with absolutely no strings attached. I know that there were several dozens people, who got these ESC-s--counting them would take all the fingers of several men.

I'm not quite sure what your point is but I'm sure you have one somewhere.

They are hardly doing business with me.
Im just passing on some information as a favour to a manufacturer.
As I said, they are giving away batteries also. Im sure they understand that a few BESC's are not going to melt the hearts of any half decent pilot.

WACOFFlyer, why do you do this? You're so 'anti'.
Check your own posts, so much negativity. Please get a haircut and vent your teenage frustrations elswhere.
