Will a 6.5-4 prop work with a direct drive Permax 480?

I have a lot of 6.5x4 areonaut props. I have a 480 in my Pico Jet. Can I use the 6.5x4 prop with it and still have good results, or is that prop to big for a direct drive 480?

For a Permax, it's too much.. The P480 is pretty hot, the 6.5x4 will overload it. It's perfect for a Turbo 450, however.

Hi Ryan

Recently I asked the makers of the S & B ME 163 Komet what they use in their Komets.

"We have found that the best performance while still keeping control of the
finances is the Graupner speed 4006v, 8sanyo 500AR cells and a graupner semi
scale 6.5 x 4 prop (this prop is great)."

Hope this helps.
