Adrian Page NewBee Scratch build

I am having a NewBee scratch build for me since the kit is not current available. It is going to be a electric Newbee powered by a AXI 2820/12 outrunner motor. My have a Lazy Bee powered by a Mega motor 16/15/3 3:1 gear box, so the two should go togeather quite nicely. I NewBee is going to have sheeted form core wing. So here is the first of many build pictures as Andrew builds my plane. The color scheme is going to be that of the Canadian Snowbirds.

The Canadian Snowbirds colour scheme that we are matching.

They are Canada'a Precision Aerobatic Team.
Twenty-four of the squadron members comprise the show team that travels during the show season. The show team has 11 aircraft, nine for aerobatic performances, and two as spares, flown by the team coordinators.

Are you building it with the floats and do you have plans for the floats? I bought the kit a couple of months ago and haven't done anything with it yet. I was also thinking about the Snowbirds theme, or possibly an Avro Arrow.

No plans for floats at this time. Andrew (my builder) is off to a float fly-in with his new Drake next week.

The internet is back. Here is a picture of the Newbee with wheels. It is starting to look like a plane. The plan call for four inch these are only three inch, but I have four inch on order and they should arrive next week.
