Wanted

Prop adapters for 5mm shaft


that will fit the APC-E props without having to ream them out. I think it is 6mm prop shaft diamter I am looking for. I prefer the collet style.

I don't think there is enough material to drill a 5mm hole in a 6mm bolt. There is only .5mm thick wall, with threads?

Brian....that is the type I have now. The E props have to be drilled out quite a bit to make them fit.

If you see the spec of the prop adaptor, the one fits the 5mm motor shaft has a M8 (8 mm) shaft.

Why would you use such a small prop on a 5mm shaft motor?

Not sure what you mean by "small prop". I use these adapters, 5mm motor shaft/8mm prop shaft, with 14" APC props.

I think papasmurf is looking for a 5mm/M6 prop adaptor as I understood it on the first post, are we not? He did not want to drill out the prop hub to fit a M8 adaptor.
