How much ballast for a fling 2m

FYI, I followed this persons lead and added a couple OZ to the cg of my purple fling and really liked the results.

Has anyone experimented with their fling 2m enough to make some flatland ballast recomendations for various wind conditions?

I fly the Fling 2M in my local contest and ussually ballast her with max 100grs. especially on the distance task. I made a tube and insert lead slugs into it. The tube runs from the bulkhead to the canopy. On heavy wind conditions adding ballast is a must too.
