Also it would be very helpful to be able to find a source for Cobweb parts.
Hobby Lobby doesn't have any.
Cracked and collapsed wings and stabs are a real problem on the Cobweb

I have a new orange one in the box; will sell it for anything fair. Offers accepted too. I have two others I am flying and have had good luck with them once they were trimmed out. The wheels are a bit flimsy on them but easy to repair.PM me.

Looks like folks will have to build their own from scratch, or check out the "Flutter-By" option. Maybe there are other threads of similar builds?

Hobby Lobby is now Hobby Express

Just a heads up guys, Hobby Lobby Intl has changed their name to Hobby Express. The old url (hobby-lobby.com) is going to be obsolete pretty soon.
You can find all the same products at the new url (hobbyexpress.com)

Wanted to keep everyone informed!

Cob Web

After reading about this so called plane I personally would just go out and buy the Night vapor and you wouldn't have to deal with all these problems. Put a battery in and fly and have the best time you'll ever have. No headaches! Jimmie52

I've still got two or three of the original BPHobbies Butterflies. They are the old carbon versions and are sensitive to heat like the Cobwebs. But they will take a beating and can be built really light. They fly really well......

Yes
I love my Cob Webb and have been flying it for years. First thing I did was remove the covering and replace it with tinted Saran Wrap. No crushed carbon, and even lighter.

I upgraded to Spectrum, and I am replacing the awful eflite 6 servos with Hi Tec HS-35HD.
