What fllies better? PZ FW-190 or Eflite P-47??

My boss just bought a parkzone Fock Wolf 190 and I have been eyeing the Eflite P-47. Has anyone compared these two planes? His plane seems to fly pretty good, just wondering if the P-47 is comparable...I really like the P-47 with the guns, bombs and landing gear...not a big fan of belly landings.

Any help is greatly appreciated

I own the EFlite P-47 with an EFlite 480 outrunner motor,TP2100 battery pack and stock 10x8 prop. I love this plane...it responds on a dime and is rather predictable. Believe it or not I snapped a wing recently performing a high banking maneuver on a really windy day. I've owned many Parkzone P-51D and the P-47 fly’s better to me. Never tried the 190 but I have been thinking about it $$$$$.

Hope this helps.

rc,

i have both and they are very similar in flght charateristics...in stock form, they have the same size motors and use the same 9 cell 10.8v 1000mah batt...the p47 is a little lighter...as such, i believe it's a little faster and more responsive to control inputs...the fw190 is a little slower but also i believe a tab more stable than the p47...the fw190 can withstand rougher handling and hangar rash better than the p47...the fw190 needs lipo power to really perform...with the p47 you get the extras you mentioned so at least you have the option of belly landing or using the gear...not so with the fw190...also, on the p47 the rudder mod is straightforward..both are spectacular planes to see in the air...especially at about 5' off the deck...

I got the same set-up with my P-47 and I love it. This and my brushless GWS ME-109 are my favorites

I havent tried the PZ 190 but you cant go wrong with the P-47.....even with the stock set-up it does ok.

I have the E-Flite P47 with the E-Flite Park 480, Castle Creations 35A ESC and a 10x7 prop. I fly at a grass field so I left the bombs and landing gear off. This plane flies very fast (pulls very long verticles) and yet still slows down to supper slow speeds (almost like an EasyStar). It is a little sensitive to scratches, though. Still, I like this plane a lot! I don't have the PZ FW-190 but I saw one at the field. It's a bit smaller than the P-47 but looks nice. The P-47 has a bit more detail but both look very nice.

Well, I am finishing up the build this morning, so hopefully I will have a flight report later today (if the weather holds). This plane is a looker. Very detailed. I love it so far.

Thanks for the replies guys!!!
