Lol...........!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely love it. That slowmotion shot and sound is hilarious... haha, I couldn't stop smiling and laughing.

Way cooler than the smoke bombs I attach to mine. Its warfare time.

Incredible!!!! You actually did it, Sven. Great shot.....ummm...I'm presuming that's where you were aiming?

The arc of the "missile" reminds me of the scene from 'True Lies' where the Harriers take out the bridge. The trajectory of the missile is pretty much the same. Now with a little bit of CG editing, we could put in a bridge, Tia Carrera and Jamie Lee Curtis in a limo. And if we really want to aim for the Oscars in special effects, we could try for Arnie in a chopper guiding Sven's master strike .

PM please, PM please, PM please, Sven. Details.

terrific video!!. do you mind if I ask how you are doing the video? I am using a camera that gives me .Mov files that are too big (20 Meg or so) to publish here. every attempt to reduce the size ends up increasing the file size. I only seem to have tools that convert to .Avi files. My last attempt started with a 90 second, 20 meg file, and ended with a 13 second 110Meg file

does anyone have a tool that converts to .WMV files you are using? where can I get it?

I'm assuming this is a modified estes model rocket? I did something similar launching 4 'missile's' out the bow of an RC model frigate. They're ignited electrically.

David: It's a bottle rocket. Although I would like to see Estes make a rocket that actually explodes at the end

wow sven i got to admit you beat me to it , when i first made that one month challenge i never thought some one would have done it .not to mention the same way of doing it,great job looks very scale .thats what this hobbys all about ,pushing styros to the absolute limit of performance scale look and now even more fun are the wargames between multiple planes with these rockets ,again congrats and lets see another video that was awesome

Hah, I'm finding myself logging back on just to see that clip one more time. Ah the possibilities

I personally can't wait to see it fly and take a combat shot at the same time.

This makes me wish I woulda tried at least one bottle rocket on my smoke and flare system before it crashed.

We used bottle rockets out of control line airplanes (way back in the early 70's). Had a "failure to launch"......ignited, but did not depart the pod. Plane caught on fire in flight, then the missle popped, blowing one whole wing off.

Ahhh... THAT would have been nice on video!!!

(Blaze... Maybe I should try the LiPo igniting power source...!!!LOL)

By the way: The 9V-block ignition doesn´t work for my setup. Not enough amps for making the wires string glow. Got back to my 3xAAA source.

Or do you guys really want to see the LiPo fireball!!!!

(Your answers should not include the word "yes"....)
