I forgot about the junior ligeguards program, and they are occupying the area till Noon. And then it's too hot to enjoy being on the dock after that. Looks like I will be using Lake Shoshone till mid-August.

So it was not good to go to the dam before Noon because of the Junior Lifeguard program. And, it was too hot to go after Noon and bake on the dock.

So instead I went to Lake Shoshone and did a little testing of my new GoPro dive housing.

I mounted the camera to a tripod and placed it in the water about 6" below the surface and then drove an ST Army tug around and over it.

The standard GoPro housing always made underwater images look very soft and out of focus. The new dive housing has corrected that.

Those are the skids it sits on. Like a built in stand.
