Already tried it at the Engine Clinic. Doesn't work for airplanes, too far away. Camera has no zoom lens when in the high speed mode. Basically, 50' is about the max distance from the subject that is usable.

It's cool, but has a weird effect to me because when it goes back to normal real life speed, it actually looks like it has been speeded up faster than "real time".

The slow mo sure does look good like you say, and you can really catch details you never would see in normal speed.

KMOT- I really like the slow mo video of the boats. You can really get an idea of what is going on with the model as far as trim at speed better than you could get with pictures (snap shots).

I really like the Lobster boat running photos. That boat would be a contender if enter in the Lobster boat races her in the north east. What do you have for power in her. I see in the video that it is water cooled because of the water discharge over the starboard side of the hull. Really imprested with the way she runs.

Thanks Rich!

It has a Plettenberg 290/20/4 brushed motor and a Traxxas XL-5 ESC. Octura X31 plastic prop. Runs on 6-cells of 4200 NiMh power.
