Yes, you're right Jim.

USPS shows no progress. It was shipped on the 1st of February. I'll keep you updated.

Might be nice to have it visit the East Coast. West seems to get all the attention.

I'm willing to share some of the attention the west coast gets ... the East Coast is closer to Slovenia than the West Coast

It must have gotten stuck in the snows on Donner Pass on it's way west to San Francisco, before going back over east to NY. I hope one of the wings didn't start eating the other....

Pisaneli, I'm guessing you don't learn that part of U.S. history over in Slovenia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donner_Party

Hi Cory

You are right. We don't learn that part of history in SLO. It is an interesting reading. I like history in general so it is good to learn something new.

The pass is right on the route between Idaho Falls and San Fran, so it could have happened....

How you doin' Pete! Haven't seen you in a while. I'm thinking that our careers have something to do with our humor.

It took six days to arrive to Slovenia. Not at my doorstep yet but I hope it won't take long.

I'm really surprised with the tracking. When I shipped it they said that the only thing that would be trackable would be customs clearance. This is an rare instance of a Federal Government agency exceeding expectations....even though it's slow.

Hi Guys

The wait is over, Dom has arrived.

All safe and sound. I opened the box checked the model and everything arrived OK. I can't believe the model is now almost 8 years old and still in very good condition. I did a quick light cleaning of the glue leftover from adhesive tape. If the weather permits I will try to fly it this Saturday.

Here are some pics:
