"Auto" means Auto Rotation, which is when the power to the rotors is cut off and the helicopter simply falls to the ground, but the person in control lands it safely by changing the pitch of the blades so it slows down.

Jeepers creepers, GOod flying no doubt...Looks like how I fly in the sim cept I keep crashing lol.

Now that's some auto! And without a second to spare! I love how the blades close up when it hits the ground.
