Your Starscream is a real beauty I am a big fan of the Transformers. Seeing your plane made me drool. When do we get to see her in flight?

Modeling Check... flying, not so good yet! Last thing I want to do after all that work is turf her...but I guess we do build em to fly em, or in my case crash em!

Wow, that model looks GREAT, Levictus! Nice work. Boy, if that model doesn't get attention at the flying field, nothing will!

The F-15 park jet is a real pussycat in the air, but it is neutrally stable so if your flying skills are low it would definitely be worth building some more experience first before flying that beauty!

You're welcome for the plans, and thanks for sharing your work!

Levictus,, very nice build!! Steve's F15 flies sweet, do another quick build to fly with and practice, save your nice work for when you get enough stick time in... Did I see you put retracts in this??? Care to show how and bottom pics of them? Maybe I mis read? W

Thanks Steve and Walt! I am currently doing a short build, a TomHe F22 for a trainer plane to get more stick time and earn better wings! I will be out flying this weekend!
Walt, note tract on this baby! Belly lander for sure. Last thing I need is more buttons to push I did configure 45% and 75% flaps on her though... I will send a pic of the underside when I get a chance...

Though I wrote in post 3255 to expect an update in November, I'm ahead of the the schedule.

Have finished painting and just some side decals are missing (I'm out of decal paper ) and some minor work to do (like battery holder inside of the plane).

Nevertheless, here's the almost finished version

Next update in November before maiden

So long

Wow, great work, lessram! Beautiful model. I especially like the detailing on the bottom with the inlets and fuselage.

It was real fun to build it, but a real pain to paint !

Since I just tinkered just with the look and not with the geometry, I just hope that the origial CG of 3.25" still holds true. I will figure it out, when I maiden the jet

Thanks a lot for your kind words!

Well I've been debating on what to build for my CS 70mm I have coming. I started this f-15 build years ago but never finished it and it ended up getting trashed when I moved. I wanted to do the gripen as I've pretty much built this one before, but the way the wing is on the gripen is gonna be too much work since it goes through the middle of the fuselage. Most likely it will be this one. Just did some plan measuring and think I'm gonna go with the 118% version. Gotta measure the fan when it gets in the mail but I know its gonna be a tight fight. Next size up I saw was 150% but don't wanna go that big so I'll prolly just make it fit. Anyways, setup will be CS 10 blade, 80amp esc, and an exceed 2700kv motor, on 4s. Should be good for around 52oz thrust. I won't be doing the full flying elevators as I've done them in the past and its always a PITA for me so yea.
