6.25g Micro Helicopter

I lightened the micro helicopter a little.
When "Didel NL30" is used, weight is 6.25g.
When "Kokam 60mAh" is used, weight is 7.21g.

I made the magnet actuator of the rotor head to lighten.

The sensor of the rotation detection was changed from IR sensor to hall IC.

Wow very nice. Do you have control of the tail rotor?

Thanks micromad.

The tail rotor mixing was done with the Computer transmitter.
The gyro is not installed.

My micro helicopter lightened a little.

When "Kokam 60mAh" is installed, it is 7.1g.
Continuous flight time is 5 minutes or more.

When "Didel NL30" is installed, it is 6.15g.
Continuous flight time is 2 minutes or more.

Fujinawa..

any possibility you can get a video of your tiny helicopter? It is amazing how you fly without a gyro! Do you program a mix into the transmitter? I wanna see it fly! =) I think I have enough parts laying around to build something similar.. but I'm sure nowhere near as light as your lil heli. Keep up the good work buddy! I know you'll get her down to 5 grams one of these days! You have quite the dedication to this heli.

Thanks.

I programed a tail rotor mixing into the transmitter.
There is no gyro needing if it becomes accustomed to the control.

Here is new movie..(6.15g Helicopter)

I think that you are capable of it also. 6 grams is very light and you are clearly comfortable enough with it to build a new frame.. =]
