Thanks again,
Kevin.
HL doesn't require a receipt. They have a great return policy.

Thanks Bob,

Here is the part thata failed. The plastic center is stripped where the shaft is attached. No glues or epoxy will hold it in place.

However, I would rather have a metal replacement instead of the plastic as it would prevent future problems. My motor with the all metal cylinder is still going strong. Here is a picture of it with its new home!

I will PM you with my address.

Thanks again,
Kevin.

Kevin,
The plastic motors were a short run only. We only have metal ones now Soon the competitor that copied our design will find that out why

Please keep the negative comments about your competitors motors to yourself Bob

Otherwise YOU are trolling and cross-flaming.

I thought we all agreed to try real hard to play nice.

Not you Dan Some "other" guys But it's not "plastic" or lexan like ours was. It's some high tech material used to make gun barrels I wish them luck especially in summer when the "high tech" stuff won't dissapate heat!

right
i just use the plastic because its lighter and tougher than carbon fiber.
its only a 40W motor
would never use it in anything bigger than that.
too expensive anyway.
