The price of the brushed motor is irrelevant, a 6V Permax 400 costs 3 euros...

Well, we can fix that ! Just put in a bigger motor.
Can you comment on the motor mount ? Hopefully
it can accept a larger motor with some minor mods ?

Maybe a close-up photo of the motor mount area ?

[EDIT]
Also, this means easier and less stressfull hand-launches!

Sure!

I have only got a set of Elapor parts. The ABS parts and the motor mount are not available yet.

Super ! Now for some detailed pictures and may be videos !!
By the way, where/how did you get those ABS and other parts ?
Did you not get the whole box/kit ? Or these parts are
meant to be purchased separately ?

Maiden flight accomplished. I think Multiplex has another winner here.

Had to move the battery (3s1p TP480) all the way forward for correct CofG.

Weight moved from 262 to 265g (cable extension).

Despite 10mph wind with gust of 20 mph, the FunJET performed extremely well - almost rock solid. I flew her 3 minutes on full power before the snow storm hit. As I only had to recharge 120mAh, the average current is approx. 2.5A at full speed. Next weekend I will try to fly her Indoors.
