Propeller Attachment Procedure?
Is the proper procedure to secure the prop to the shaft for an EPS 350c geared motor as follows?:
1. Hex nut
3. Prop (imprinted letters facing forward)
4. Hex nut (embedded in hexagonal recess of prop hub)
5. Spinner (just pushed onto the shaft? Not threaded?)
Both sides of the prop hub have recessed hexagonal depressions to hold nuts, so I'm puzzled. You couldn't have both nuts against the prop (one front & one behind), could you? How would you tighten it?
All this is new to me, and I haven't been able to find the prop attachment sequence in the plane's documentation or numerous searches here (which makes me fear that it is so intuitively obvious as to escape misunderstanding by all but me ).
I would appreciate anyone's instruction.
