Help! need information about this motor

I was rummaging through my junk drawer and came across this old can motor. It's is, I believe, a RS 380 from a Tamiya model of Gilles (Jacque's dad) Villeneuve's F1 Ferrari.
My question is... can it be used as an aircraft power plant? Do I gear it or use DD? Prop size? In the model (my son's) it used a 6 cell alkaline pack if I can use it what number/size of cells should I use? My thought is that it is an S400 equivalent is this right? Would a 10A esc handle it? I was thinking of using it in a powered sailplane. Is this practical? I know I'm cheap but I hate throwing anything away it only has about 10 min of run time on it. Thanks for your suggestions Guys (and Gals)
