I've always been told that EPP cannot be molded to the fine finishes that are evident in your pictures. The statement was the true EPP moldings are subject to 24 hours of unrestrained expansion because of the equivalent molded in tension of the polymer after they are decanted from the mold.

So, how do your molded parts get away from that? Is it a process or are you actually using one of the blended EPP alternatives such as ARCEL or its Korean equivalent?

Real Epp moulding

This is really molded Epp, I use more than one and half to test. Just succes few month ago. I am sorry for can't tell you how to do this because we put a lot of time and money on it. The tooling and machine need re-design. And this is not EPS, Arcell or other. This is Epp Moulding. Please see the 3D CAD drawing as following:

No thanks.

I went to your website and proceeded to order an electric Bee kit and some nifty accessories, but when I saw that the shipping and handling charges on an $84 order was $37.80 , I said no thanks. I believe you stated that shipping took place from LA and I'm in the US, so.......no thanks.

Windrider,

Sotos is right, your shipping charges range from 1/3 to 1/2 the price of your products. On a 50.00 wing set, your shipping and handling charge was 22.00, tha'ts almost half the price of the wing. I'm sure your wings are durable and your products are of good quality, but for that kind of shipping and handling price, most of us e-flight people would just opt to buy extra wing cores from other manufactures for merely 20-30 dollars U.S. Some of us, live near the local hobby shop and don't have to pay that much more for the wing. Other wing manufactures charge a flat rate between 7-10dollars for shipping. You need to revise your shipping methods if you want people to buy. Most e-flight people will endure the extra 10 minutes to cut out the compartments for the servos, and electronics.

Respectfully,

Shipping should be US$8 to 9 only

Thank you very much for you comment.
We still find a way to charge difference shipping cost by difference country. Most of modeler from US but not all. US$10 is not enough to cover the order from Europe. You may send us US$50 + US$10 shipping (because we have warehouse in L.A)for Bee by Paypal or go ebay to bid:
http://cgi6.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAP...sort=3&rows=25
We will have a payment gateway to charge difference shipping by country.

Thank for your comment
Ming
