ServoCity double checked screwed up order

Just received a package from ServoCity. I ordered 3 HS-55 servos and
it says that on the sheet, it also says the order was filled and double
checked by two people. The problem is there are only 2 HS-55s in the
box. What do you think my chances are of actually getting what I paid for?
If they don't correct it, they've definately lost my business.

Servo city is great - but call them (not email) and they will get you all fixed up.

As I said call them on the phone, the negative comments came from guys who refused to call, and they just emailed.

I have placed 10+ orders with them, they are good guys, and one of the few places you can buy Futaba TX's only.

I used to buy from servocity a lot whenever I needed just one of something but then they stopped doing free shipping. Experience has been generally good but I agree with the comments on poor email response.

As far as HS-55's go, have you considered the Futaba S3110's? I think they're pretty new, and seem to have the HS-55's beat in specs (except for the cool blue transparent case) and price. The one thing I really love about the 3110's is that the wire can exit from either the side or the bottom of the servo - a real plus in tight situations.
