Loctite is available at most auto stores like PepBoys, etc.

Did you see the price! Better bring plenty of cash!

$19.20 per tube! Looks like 20 grams, 3/4 of an ounce. Ouch! I don't care how nice it is I will never spend that much for a tube of glue.

Unless you are doing something very serious, the Home Depot Gel is just as good. I use the Loctite 454 when gluing my tires onto my Chrome rims for my RC trucks. $20 for gluing $250 worth of tires and rims isn't that bad.

What is the approx amount of time you have to position the parts before it sets up?

$20 compare it to CA.

CA is expensive too.

Does it dry flexable?

The Gel is not fast setting. You have around 20 seconds before it starts to set-up. It is not flexible. The black toughened CA is more flexible than the 454.

Thank You TopFoam

I am looking for the best
fast setting
gel based
To use on EPP foam

What is the best one anyone knows of?

So far I have found the best set time is weldwood contact cement, but that dries yellow.

Next is a tie between Quick Grip and GOOP
followed by
Liquid nails small project

I have tried quite a bit and still have not found what I am looking for.

The pure definition of gel is that it is not fast setting. You would have to go to a mdium thickness liquid, like 410.
