Here are my e-powered warbirds:

- RBC Yak-23
- Aeronaut Panther (build thread, video)
- Savex L-39 (build thread, video)
- Yellow Aircraft A-4 (build thread)
- Balsa USA Dr.I (video)
- Brian Taylor Hellcat (under construction)

After the Hellcat has been completed, I will be building a 100 inch wingspan, e-powered P-38.

That P-51 looks GREAT! Do you really fly it on the GWS 4-Blade floppy prop?

Yes he does . For this 'size' plane it works great as you are not really looking for 'high speed'. It flys fast enough and has plenty of vertical. Also he wanted to scale look and I think he 'got it' ....

Covered in Silver Solite. Somewhat Transparent, but you really don't notice it much. The paint is Krylon brand and Testers. Decals were done using Ink Jet Decal paper.

Here's my (natural metal) and my buddy's PZ Mustangs...both planes are stock inside...I do fly mine on the 2100Mah TP battery though...great flyers. I painted mine up with the new (at the time) Tamiya Sprays. I've got probably 75+ flights on it now. The photo was taken just after I finished painting. The paint has worn off just slightly on the anti glare panel and little on the underside of the nose from landing on the grass. The panel lines were drawn with a Sharpie Magic marker...IMHO I think it looks awesome in the air.

Here are a few pics of my GWS Zero. 4200 brushless geared drive. Has flaps and retracts. Flew it for the first time today. Was real happy with its performance.

Looks excellent. You even did weathering.

So are you flying with the 3 blade prop? What is the gearbox ratio and battery you are using to fly the 3 blade prop? Do the flap and the retract work well? Do you really take off and land on the grassland in the picture?
