That was September 15, 2003 in Idaho. The pilot didn't reset his altimeter to the local elevation, he survived the ejection but was dropped from the Thunderbirds.

LOL!!!!!!!!

I beleave that was a airshow in the south pacific (south-west usa) that a f-16 lost stability, stalled ro something and had to eject. I remember reading about it in reader's digest or something (my dad pointed it out to me)

It was actually in Idaho......the pilot did not have enough altitude to complete a loop and had to eject. His rate of descent was too high to recover.

hmmmmmmm...............stupied me.

on the history channel there was a interview of a guy who ejected from a proweler sideways, who almost landed on his neck uch: when he got back on the ship, he was 2 and a half inches shorter!
