Using Combat Wing XE2 as Slope Glider?

Hi! Can I use a Combat Wing XE2, a native electric flying wing, as a slope glider? Im bigining with flying wings... Ive read that are specific airfoils for diferent uses.... slope with heavy wind, light wind, electric for high performance, etc.

sure you can.

some people even fly slope with the power pack and motor, for kicks or if the wind dies so they can still fly a bit and make a decent landing.

the rule if thumb for any slope plane is if the wind is blowing to hard, you should add some weight.

good luck with R/C

Mine slopes just fine in a stiff wind. But it has to be pretty strong with all that extra weight from the battery pack. The nice thing that as a beginner, the motor is nice to keep you in the air when you screw up and while you learn how to slope properly.
