Just as the forecast said, rain cleared and wind came up but too West for more than one quick pass!

Drove over there at 1230pm...streamer was blowing west...Alex was there flying his powered foamy...raining on and off. So I left and honked at Alex as he was running back to his car to get out of the rain.

Dog's is a tough place to land, in light wind let along 25-30mph! I've broken many planes there...
