It looks like I may have got the last one. I talked with them this morning and my unit should arrive today. Don't worry, I'll take plenty of pictures.

im keepin my eye on this thread. i think atlanta was able to take some ultimates from horizon and get em out before them! its currently "Not Yet Available" according to the horizon website. keep us posted EPhelifan, and if atlanta screws you, im sure you wont be the only one mad

This model has not yet been shipped to any of our dealers, including Atlanta Hobby. They will not be available for a few more weeks.

Perhaps AH had the Ultimate 3D Profile ARF in stock (This is not the same as the newer Ultimate FX) and that is what they shipped to you.

Hi, jason

The wings and horizontal tail of the Ultimate FX do use the same foam with coating like the original Ultimate Profile ARF (slightly heavier but much stronger and more durable than Depron), with a new carbon "blade" spar that is both lighter and less flexible than the carbon "tube" spar. It also has perfected aileron-to-aileron control horn/rod geometry and additional carbon fiber rod "flying wires" to make it both stiff and extremely responsive (very axial and high rate of roll).

One of the things I like best about this model is that it knife edges very well with far less roll/pitch coupling than the original profile version. Knife edge loops are easy too (there is a little coupling, but easy to mix/fly out)!

Again, the Ultimate FX models have not been shipped to any dealers yet and will be available in a few more weeks.

The answer to your question is yes. He has a huge store with incredible inventory. Maybe the reason that currently out of stock is under almost anything worth buying is because it has already been bought.
